WHAT NATIONAL HERD??

The equine critters in my back yard eat solely on MY dime, and I haven't had 
Unka Sam subsidize me lately on the feed bill. As far as the commerce and 
transport issue, I have lifetime brand inspections on my horses, and I 
personally think that's way more than enough government intervention in my 
private business.

I don't know if it's a PETA thing, but I do know that it will be a PITA.

And, per usual, cost the taxpayer out the wazoo.
