Some of them you have to be a contortionist to get into and some of them you just have to chop off your head and one shoulder to get out of. Best luck I ever had was when I was riding dressage (all that sitting trot work, ya know) and I was having an awful time. My hubby developed the Gretz Boob Binder. He took a piece of toweling, cut it to size, and sewed velcro to the ends. Wrapped that around me and Bingo! Those suckers were mashed down and didn't go anyplace. I am thinking about resurrecting that piece of equipment and making some modifications and trying it again. I have dents in my shoulders the size of the Grand Canyon from crummy bras....well, now that you all know my deepest, darkest, biggest secret...back to lurking.
