Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Due to rider requests and considerable promised assistance, Chris 
Herron and I are happy to announce that the Bar H Boogie will return 
this spring as a 2 day ride, 25/50, and may feature a Ride & Tie on 
Sunday if we can work out appropriate trail for them.  It's a week 
before the Cuyama Oaks XP and may mollify the many PS riders that 
didn't make it into that limited entry ride.  We have 45 acres of 
basecamp now and a real wide road (can you hear that D8 dozer running?) 
so there will be no limit on entrants.

Last year the wildflowers were the best on this weekend, so we hope for 
similar performances on their part.

There will be considerable work required on Bar H Boogie's trail, 
mostly just scouting out new routes around development (and those hills 
of significance!) so anyone interested in helping out ahead of time 
would be appreciated!  Those who want to enter one day of the ride only 
and volunteer all day on the other can receive a discount on their 
entry.  :-)

P.S.  The Norco Riverdance ride will return after its year hiatus, on 
Halloween weekend (10/30).  My trail captains are looking forward to 
it, always a good sign!  It takes a massive amount of mounted 
volunteers to put on this ride the way we like it, so if you know of 
anybody that wants to have some fun that way, holler.
