[RC] Australian Endurance... - rides2far

Protective clothing should be worn to
guard against sunburn and scrubbery.

What if I *want* sun? Are they just warning your or is there sunscreen
enforcement? In dry climates the long sleeved cotton shirt thing may work
but in the SE you gotta get as neked as possible. Anyway, "scrubbery" is
just the type of guy the gals in spaghetti strap tops are trying to
attract. >g<

2.5. It is desirable for all competitors who are presenting
at award ceremonies to be suitably attired for the occasion.

I really have a problem with this. My school went to a pretty restrictive
dress code this year and it's a nightmare to enforce. Who does it hurt if
someone shows up at the awards in their leopard skin PJ's? I think at the
FEI level O.K. but at the "Buttbuster 50" I love to see some imaginative
fashion pioneers.
