I posted a week ago about being concerned about
using a neoprene girth for the first time - it came with a saddle that I had as
a demo and was planning to use at a ride last Saturday.
I chickened out and bought a mohair girth at the
last minute just to use for the ride (which went great btw - Land of the Sun is
an incredibly well managed ride on beautiful desert trails). I am ordering
a new saddle (Torsion), but with western rigging so I won't need the
girth.
