[RC] regional awards - Kay Mathews

This question comes up from time to time. It seems to me that "regional awards organizations" like PNER - would only consider their region. Like SERA or Central or whatever. But AERC is more global, hopefully, and you get consideration wherever you ride. I ride in the W, PS, NW, MTn & next Central. I live in the W region. But it so easy for me to get to other rides, I never give it a thought...just what schedules the best. I don't want to be penalized. k
