[RC] re: pulse criteria - Cindy Collins

Accuse me of emotionalism...that's okay, I can take it, but please don't
stop trying to figure this thing out.
   From Howard to Jan to Jim to Val to Crockett to CC and on......we all
ride the same horse.

Frank really is our endurance poet laureate.  I did a brief, unscientific
poll of my women friends here at school and they say men who can
show/express emotion are very high on their list!  What I can say on this
topic is that riding out west in a relatively dry climate, I would have a
heart attack if my horse didn't recover in 15 mins.  Yikes!  Wouldn't most
of you?  I will say that this rule could penalize southerners and
easterners, if anyone.  But, everyone would be playing under the same
rules, so I have no problem with it.   CC
