Re: [RC] New poll Up - Jim HollandTom, generally everyone agrees that the CRI is a great tool, which is based on "recovery time", not a specific pulse number. Matthew's proposal is just another form of evaluating "recovery time". Jim, Sun of Dimanche+, and Mahada Magic goearth wrote: Wow, hasn't this got some attention. When i went to the Corcoran School of Art for Photography and studied the Minor White Zonal Tone and found out according to Mr. White that Black is Gray and White is Gray and there is no Black or White, but all Shades of Gray. I don't know, but it has the capacity to change Endurance like nothing ever before. Where i see the confusion is at the finish. Would it not just be simpler to lower the pulse to 58 or 56? But, who am i to disagree with all these folks? And this was my first response and rare for me i drafted it rather than send it. It seems the lower pulse is not the answer, but rather the recovery time. I do believe in our Vets to find the answers to questions that are in the vanguard of reason and i would follow Matthew anywhere anytime. tom sites -- Richard T.
