Actually we do.  We elect the BOD and in turn they are our VOICE...... and
elect the President.

Don't you think it is better to vote so your voice counts.  If you don't
like who is running for AERC Presidency do you not vote.......


Polls are informational in nature--the results of this poll don't "count"
for anything.  And since the question is outrageous, adding my vote as if it
were a legitimately phrased question would simply be a dab of whitewash.

As to the AERC Presidency--sorry, but we members don't get to vote on that
one anyway.
