Re: [AERC-Members] [RC] BLM adoptions at rides. - sharp penny--- Heidi Smith <heidi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Again, I don't know of anyone who does not support and applaud association with BLM over land use issues. I do not see this association as being dependent on our participation in their mustang adoption program. ..... But don't we have to give to take? We (AERC) allows them to showcase their cause and a place to adopt some mustangs...we in turn, get their land issue support. To my way of thinking it's a bit egotistical on our part to think they would help us and not seek some benefit from the partnership. Again I don't read this as us participating in the actual adoption, mainly giving them a place to do it. I would imagine(and hope) the selected rides have the space to keep the BLM "stuff" seperate from the actual ride so our horses and activity won't be mixed in with BLM. Am I wrong in this assumption? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Protect your identity with Yahoo!
