Re: [RC] Control - Barbara McCraryThis reminds me of my first LONG ride & tie (run with my husband). Our horse was a pretty smart boy and along about half-way through the 42 mile course, he began picking out the places for us to tie him. These were predicated on the sturdiness of the tree and the approximate distance each of us had ridden. Toward the end, we were making exchanges about every quarter-mile. Then, while tied to the tree, he watched for the partner on foot and whinnied a greeting to whichever one of us was approaching him. It was quite an experience.
