Re: [RC] [Guest] Treeless Saddles (Torsion) - Karla Watson

My friend just got one. She LOVES it! You can also get them in different colors too! Seems to me alot like Bob Marshall treeless but has a little bit more padding for the rider. You can also take out the cantle and pommell wood pieces (zipper there) and put in wool stuffing to make it really soft. Hers is still brand spanking new so its a little on the stiffer/not broken in yet side. But she says its very nice to ride in. Comes with english fittings which is nice. There is this flap that covers the buckle and english leathers so you don't feel buckles. I think they tend to run smaller in size than BM's. My 15.5 BM is bigger than her 15.5 Torsion in the seat. They look smaller than BM in back length for the horse. Very lightweight. Feels lighter than my Bob Marshall. Looks like she won't need extra fleece seat saver since its pretty soft and not too slippery. If I needed to buy a new saddle (I prefer treeless), I would buy one of these.
