[RC] [Guest] Jenny's story - Ridecamp ModeratorJan Mills Kennedy jmkennedy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxWhat an inspiring story!!This is what the sport is all about..a partnership between horse and rider. I rode the same trail, ate the same dust and froze my butt off as I read the lines she wrote. Great writing, gal. You have the same knack your mom Maggie does for telling a story. I have known Jenny for a few years now and She has grown in to a fine young woman and super equestrian. I have known her horse Max a lot longer. He is a 'hometown boy' raised by a dear friend of mine's daughter. When I told my friend's daughter about how he did at the National ride she hugged me and cried. She was so proud and happy. She had to put Max's dam Crystal down this summer due to complications of old age so I knew she was crying thinking of that too. So we were all glued to the computer that day waiting for each vet check to see how they were doing.Jenny..you done us proud and Max you made us all very proud of our hometown boy and I know your mom Crystal is up there beaming saying 'That's my boy'. Keep on trotting you two...you are an awesome pair.
