[RC] Rookies and other unrelated issues - E.L. Ashbach

NOBODY has stated that there is a major problem with Rookie's over riding horses to death, and to the best of my knowledge, there is not. Holy smokes, I'm getting worried about folks reading comprehension here... =:-o

The over riding/ Rookie issue is something I see happening at rides, (one which is NOT related to LD only, or experienced rider/ horse deaths, in any way) but we could do something about it, and I know it happens, that's all I'm sayin'. It's funny tho' how nobody is disputing that they see this happen at rides too?
