[RC] AERC-BLM SPONSORSHIP - BLM MUSTANG RAFFLE - Randy H EilandAERC is pleased to announce the BLM has become a Platinum Sponsor of AERC. As part of the Sponsorship the BLM and AERC will Raffle a BLM Mustang with the winning ticket drawn at the AERC National Awards Banquet in Reno on February 28, 2004. The three basic criteria the Winner must meet are: 1) 18 or older (if a junior has the winning ticket the Mustang must be adopted in the name of their parents or legal guardian); 2) Have facilities appropriate for stabling of a horse; and 3) No conviction for inhumane care or treatment of an animal. BLM Mustangs have an excellent performance history with AERC and this is an opportunity to not only win one of these tough smart horses, but to help support AERC and the BLM.
