Re: [RC] Size of horse at AERC nat'l champ - GoToryHi Bev- Am breaking the Ridecamp "me,too" rule in saying thank you for all the information you've shared with us. I'm reading your comments on conformation and starting with great interest as I have a coming 4 yr old and a de-conditioned 5 yr old to work on. I've had difficulty finding a clear description of how to identify 2 conformation issues- shoulder angle and "straight legs" - the latter in particular reference to hind legs. The 5 yr old is ahving stifle problems and the chiro said she has "kind of" straight legs, however she appears, to my relatively untrained eye, to have good hock angles. So, Bev, Heidi, anyone who wishes to help educate me- please! Thanks in advance! nikki =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
