I sent a email asking for information as I had ridden it a few years ago. 
Here is the reply I got back.

Hello,
I rode your ride about three years ago and was wondering if the ride is 
held in the same manner as a few years ago. I would like to ride it again 
this year but have some concerns.

For the Limited Distance ride there was a hour hold lunch stop with one 
bathroom? Is this the same?
You had to walk about a 1/2 mile on foot to the start of the ride? Being 
handicapped, is this the same?
There wasn't enough time given to finish the ride, many riders were OT but 
were allowed to finish anyway. I finished but many didn't. What is your 
time frame for finishing this ride?

Here is the reply:
We shortened the lunch stop to 1/2 hour for the 30's.  It sounds like you 
came the year one of the bathrooms were out of order.  There are two at the 
horse camp.  Also, everyone did finish well under time last year.  We also 
will have the 30's go around the first climb, like last year, and this 
helps a lot also.   Unfortunately, we still have to cross the dam in the am 
before the start, but only a few riders lead their horses across, everyone 
else rides and there has never been a problem.
