When we used to travel to the Fairfield-Shellbourne XP ride, the KOA at Beaver, Utah would take horses. They put us on the perimeter, asked us to scatter the manure outward, and added a very small charge for the horse. I think they are still there. Google for KOA and see what you can locate. They had a very small convenience store attached. We didn't leave the horse to go eat or anything. But is was quiet and very near I-15. Have a good trip. Karen Nelson
