> When do the ride managers mail out entry's?
It varies. June tends to be super efficient so theirs arrived quite a
while back. If anyone needs one and didn't receive one send me your
mailing address at rides2far@xxxxxxxx and I'll forward it to them. I know
he had the entry as a word document so will se if he can e-mail them or
snail mail if you prefer.

Oops! Me too and I just realized I don't think I've gotten a Witchdance
entry. Seems like they do usually mail theirs very close to ride time but
it's getting close. I don't think they require any pre-entering at least.
Guess I'd better get hold of one.

The best way in the SE to make sure you know about rides is to join SERA.
The entry forms are often included in the newsletter.
