Hey , lots of good information on the net. go to   Ridecamp and reads the 
'articles', the Newbie' section and then if you have time you can search 
any topic in "archives".
  Also they have a "mentor" section at AERC website, to find others in 
your area to help you. Also tell everyone what state you are in so others 
can find you and help. Laurie
