I have two old-timer horses that should
qualify in the Longevity category. Here are their
histories:
HCC Fleetara (AERC #104) -- She is now 27
years old and the mother of my current 5 year old endurance horse. She
has a total of 2,190 miles. 970 of those miles were pre-1985.
>From 1985 through 1994 she competed in endurance and was NEVER
pulled.
Electric Elite (AERC #3202) - He is now 25
years old. He has a total of 3,135 miles. He competed from 1985
through 1996 and was NEVER pullled.
Needless to say, I am VERY proud of both
these old guys.....
