I ride in both West Region, Pacific South and go to out of State Multi-Day rides, and I can't tell you the last time the pulse criteria wasn't 60!   When I heard that pulse for PAC was 64, I thought  "Why" then.....

All the rides I do out here, including the infamous multi day rides of the Duck.....the criteria is almost always 60.
