[RC] Did you write me about a base? - Rides 2 Far

I hate to post this to all, but a novice sent me a long post about the
base they had on their horse and asking for advice on the future... I
accidentally deleted it and *really* don't want them to think I didn't
answer on purpose.  If you wrote me, could your re-send? I was deleting a
couple of hundred RC messages that had accumulated and you accidentally
got caught in the current. :-)
