Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] time for riding - Laurie DurginI do. It will get warmer in 3 days so why kill yourself? It will be 50's Monday or so. We actually had about an inch of snow.We do have a ring, 65 x 160 .But I haven't drug it, and it is hard.I rode him once on in icy spot last year, and he didn't get the idea, "slow down". Both of us skated, till I got off.Luckily he only has shoes in front, so his traction was good.Usually we got upper 40's ,low 50's as a high in winter (Atlanta area).Normally, then we get 60's and 70's even, sometimes.Rain is the worst winter problem. We say we have two seasons, mud season(DEC.-April) and then fly season(May to Oct.)Angie is about 1.5 hour north, but it is 5-10 degress cooler there in the mountains.(I lived in Chattanooga for 6 years).
