Hopefully someone has already emailed you!  

If their eyes are gunky and welded shut it is very likely they
have distemper.  You want to keep them away from all of
your other animals (dogs and cats) and make sure you
disinfect yourself going between the same.  Be very very
careful with your own animals.  Hopefully yours are also
vaccinated.

If they do have distemper, they probably won't make it without 
significant ($$$) veterinary intervention an maybe not even
then.  

That said, your options are:
1) take them to the vet and foot the bill
2) take them in and have them put down
3) drop them off at the local shelter
4) find a local group who raises money who
   might help pay for their treatment.

I'm sorry for the scary email, but I'm afraid for your other animals.
Distemper is nothing to fool with.
