[RC] OT: Help - Jerri Larsen

Does anyone know what I can use in an emergency for some little sore eyed wild kittens. Their eyes are mattered shut. I have washed them with eyewash, but need something oily to keep them from mattering up. Can not get to the vet until tomorrow... and I feel the more I rub the poor little eye lids they are getting sorer... these babies are only about 6 weeks old. Mother had 7 and can not care for these two.

Please hurry with some help.... would I dare use vaseline????
