Yes, I think that is more
to the point. On the "regular" rides there are more folks who pull just to
call it a day, or pull themselves because of a minor problem, because there
simply isn't the pressure to "compete". One rarely sees folks pack it in
at world championships just because it rains and the trail gets
slick.
