Hah - I sure don't!  I love the weather extremes here (many days there's 
more than a 50° temperature difference between night and daytime - just 
today it was 40° at dawn and 84° in the afternoon).  I love knowing that 
it's summer because there's sunshine and heat and winter because there's 
snow and cold, and I love knowing I'm not going to wake up in the middle of 
the night because the earth is moving and my house is falling down around 
me.  I really, really love not having dreary cloudy rainy days day after 
day after day.

So - I miss a few friends (I haven't been back there for 10 years) but I 
sure as heck don't miss California coastal weather or Santa Cruz.  Not even 
the ocean (filled with great white sharks)!
