[RC] Very important message about WNV SHOTS - Jonni Jewell

If this is more of that "lost foals" crap, there was a bunch of talk about
that a month or two ago. (the link listed didn't load for me) If you really
looked at the site close, read all the statements etc., it was misleading,
and they kept using photos of only a few foals, to look like this was a
problem bigger than it was. It was started by a QH breeder in Minn., who
stated he had "reproductive problems" after using the WNV vaccination.  But,
he was unable to give specifics on health histories for many of the affected
animals, and said that only a few aborted fetuses have been submitted to
diagnostic laboratories for autopsies. Of those, the results have been
inconclusive.  Because of copyright issues, I can not reprint the article
"The Horse" did on this subject, but you can see it here. It is a free
"membership" to be able to read these articles, and I have not gotten any
spam as far as I know from joining. A great website with a wealth of vet and
horse info.
