[RC] Date change for the Sept 20 NE Doncaster Renegade to Sept 27 - Michael Maul

Note from the AERC Office:

The Doncaster Renegade ride which is currently slated for the 20th of September (NE Region), but due to Hurricane Isabel, the ride date must be changed to 9/27/03 - moved by a week.
