[RC] post-ride vet check - terre

I know this is mandatory - and the RM will make sure you do it - in the
SE but I don't belive it is an AERC rule. If you think it should be a
rule - contact your directors.

I believe it IS a rule:

2.1.4 Each equine will receive a substantive physical examination of metabolic and mechanical parameters before the ride, at control points within the ride andafter the ride.
(direct from the AERC webpage including the typo "andafter")

"after" the ride is whenever your ride ends.
