[RC] headaches - A. PerezYes, dehydration definately could do it. Get yourself a fannypack with water-bottler holders, stick some Tylenol and munchies in it and USE it! Take care of yourself like you would your horse! Fatigue is another factor. Are you getting up much earlier than usual when you volunteer at rides? That always gives me a headache (and sometimes nausea). Schedule breaks for yourself where you can find someplace relatively quiet to sit or lie down, close your eyes and relax for awhile. A radio or book-on tape to listen to may help you relax and prevent boredom or restlessness. Sun exposure is another possible factor, especially if you aren't used to it. Wear sun glasses and a hat, and try to spend as much time in in the shade as you can. ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
