[RC] Calm & Cool - Celeste MurrayI agree with your statement below Heidi, I would however just like to add that things are not always "black and white" I was told by my equine hospital after they did tests that my gelding is scatty because he has a thiamin deficiency. I put him on a supplement and he is a much calmer horse, so much so that people have asked if I have him on a calming supplement. Celeste (South Africa) If it has a calming effect, it has clearly affected the central nervous system. And it IS a chemical substance--EVERYTHING is a chemical substance. So yes, it quite clearly fits the definition. Nothing even remotely ambiguous about it...
