My horse was used to eating alone in his own stall. He
would munch on grain, then hay, the grain and back and forth, taking his time
until he was finished. I brought him home where I have a 2 stall barn
that the horses walk in and out at will. Add a boss mare who is always hungry
and he learned to eat much faster.
