The AERC drug rule has nothing to do with a drug
testing "positive". If Calm and Cool works it is a drug and therefore
forbidden even if it does not test "positive". May I humbly suggest that
you trailer the horse 4 or 5 times a week around home for short distances until
she gets used to being trailered.
