Having had a picky eater or at least not a great eater, having the teeth 
done helped.  I don't mean just a normal float but done by a horse dentist 
type with the "pull out the power tools and tranquilzer" type.  But what 
helped her most of all was treating her for ulcers and I keep her on 
neighlox as a  preventative.  Would suggest ruling those two factors out.
