Hi Hi,

One thought on using e-collar perimeter fences...the animal gets shocked when 
the leave the 'home' but they also get shocked when they try to get back 
to 'home'. For this reason I won't use them as they deter the animals from 
coming back should they, for whatever reason, get through the perimeter.
