well, jockeys get paid, in oru country anyone can go do anything no matter the consequences most times, and ultimately, perhaps one of the best ideas would be to require sponsorship at a minimum mileage - wouldn't take long if a recalcitrant rider was unable after a ride or two to acquire an appropriate sponsor! Now, if we could just find a way to rid ourselves of the INappropriate sponsors.....OUCH! S
