That was a problem with Dodge.  I took my '93 to the Dodge dealer last year and 
they actually paid to repaint it.  I pointed out that I did know it was 9 years 
old but that paint on the other trucks I had owned lasted way more than 9 
years.  They did charge me a $150 deductible for each "panel" but what the 
heck, I got most of it free and the truck looks great...mb
