Ahhh...words of wisdom.  I think I'll do as you heat/humidity folks do and just ride.  That's what we've been doing and just taking it easy.  However, my reservation isn't for my Arabs; my Appendix QH stands in the pasture and sweats.  I really don't want to stress him too much more.  Guess we could do a few minutes of flat work during the "Dog Days" of summer.
