[RC] Curiosity about Half-Arab crosses? - Arabs4sprtHi, I see a lot of Anglo-Arabs being used as endurance/competitive trail horses but I was wondering if anyone out there is using Arab/warmblood crosses for endurance/trail and what your opinion of them might be? I have an ulterior motive since I have two Arab/Oldenburg two year old fillies for sale and am looking for good markets for them. Many warmbloods have a significant amount of TB blood in them, and in some cases they also have quite a lot of Arab blood (via Ramses, Inshallah, Zeus, Matcho, Urbino, and other Shagya, French Anglo-Arab, Trakehner, and purebred Arab sources -- shh don't tell the warmblood people they don't want to know about their horses Arab ancestry). Of course it is dependant to a large extent on the specific individual and whether the cross is harmonious or not but the same can be said with any cross. I was just wondering if any people are interested in Arab/warmbloods for endurance or are they not being considered?
