To all AERC Members:  There is another class of membership not mentioned  in 
this thread. The Juniors who are supposed to be non-voting. Some years ago a 
family of four received 4 ballots. 2 adults and 2 juniors. The lady said to 
me "well they sent me four ballots and I mailed back 4 votes! How many times 
has this been replicated? Validation is long long overdue. Hope Lundquist
