Try either WD-40 (oily) or silicone spray
(not oily, just slippery). I've had this sort of problem before. And
check to see if there is anything like a thread caught in the zipper
teeth.
Looking for ideas to unfreeze a zipper on a Griffins
pack. Frozen with either sweat or electrolytes, can't move it, hate to
cut into the pack which contains an easyboot, and who knows what else! Any
