RE: [RC] No TV? - A. PerezI can't balme rural locale for no TV, since i live in the 'burbs of D.C. I stopped watching when I went to college, and never got back in the habit. Now I find TVs drive me batty: jummpy editing and shrill sound is very annoying (I won't launch into my usual rant about the studity of most programming for fear of offending anyone's viewing habits). We do have a DVD/VCR unit for watching rental flicks, but no cable or antenna. There's a bar/restaraunt where a friend and I often meet for dinner, and it makes me crazy that there is nowhere you can sit in the bar without a TV in sight. I read somewhere that less than one percent of US households is without the boob-tube: once again I the odd-ball! ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= http://www.endurance.net/ads/seabiscuit.html Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
