Re: [RC] ? LD rides (shoeing) - Mickie NewnamMaggie,Actually, OAATS doesn't allow Old Mac's. We discussed that at the last meeting, and came to the conclusion that since they came up past the hoof (where a horse could lose points for overreaching or a lesion that the boots would prevent) they should be classified the same as protective boots. So a horse can wear them, but only for miles, not placing. Mickie David & Maggie wrote: OAATS does not require shoes, either. And does allow both Easyboots and Old Macs. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= http://www.endurance.net/ads/seabiscuit.html Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
