As a 'newbie'to distance riding (2nd year) I have had interesting 
experiences at rides comparing how they are managed and I have to say the 
Long X Endurance ride is rated tops. The trails are very well marked, base 
camp is great and extremely easy to get to - only 1 mile of gravel!. Prizes 
are given very generously (I got a sneak preview of the new t-shirt colors 
and they are super)and bookwork is done in a timely manner.  The ride is 
now growing to the extent that a third vet has to be added. I highly 
recommend this ride to all of you to treat you and your horse(s)to a medium 
challenging trail with spectacular scenery. The 50 mile trail has changed 
for this year, so for those of you that have rode it prior years  - come 
see what is in store for this year - you will love the new trail. There are 
no road ditches to ride along!

If you have never ridden in the beautiful badlands of ND you are missing an 
extraordinary experience.
