I forgot to mention the firefighters who are out there fighting to save homes and pets of people who live in the area.

I received a private posting from someone whose husband has been away for weeks fighting a forest fire. 

Her son is also fighting fires.

Please take a moment to thank God for these brave men and women who put their life on the line for others.

If you know the family of someone who is away fighting fires give them a call.

Endurance riders being what they are you know some of our own are out there in the thick of it doing their best.
