They really didn't last any longer than steel shoes - certainly wasn't worth the extra price. My horse has some very quirky shoing issues and I am really not wanting to have him done by anyone else. She said they are pretty pricey but would last the distance. She is researching to see if they are really all they are cracked up to be. OR since they are so much harder if that could cause the horse problems.
