Pretty much any place/website/catalog that sells Aussie saddles should sell girths to go with it. It's just listed as an Aussie girth, and should include in the product description the width of the buckles. As far as pads go....that's also up to you as far as how much you want to spend, what works best for your horse, etc. One quality I would recommend is a pad that breathes to reduce heat beneath the saddle.
