If you're into saving money, try some thick neoprene insulation (several
thicknesses available).  Cut to fit the stirrup, use duct tape to wrap it
securely.  I've had a few comments about duct taping a B.Marshall saddle,
but it works, isn't slippery, and takes 2 minutes to change when the neoprene
looses it's springy....  It's likely some type of rubber cement might hold
the neoprene, but i know duct tape works..  Rednecks can fix anything with
duct tape............
